We are excited to be offering our 11-week Women's Wellness (virtual) Workshop series again on Tuesdays (1:00 to 2:30 p.m.) starting January 31, 2023 and running until April 11th.
The goal of this series is to encourage the mental health and wellness of women by providing an opportunity to increase their social networks, share ideas and concerns, find assistance and encouragement in a safe environment and to gain information about female-focused health and wellness topics.
This engaging, interactive and informative 11-week series will be of particular relevance to women seeking to enter/re-enter the workforce
Below is the list of dates and topics for each session - Each virtual session is from 1:00p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and women are invited to attend one session, or all eleven.
Please Note: LEADS' workshops are reserved for LEADS' clients.
If you are interested in attending any of these sessions, please let your Employment Specialist at LEADS know, so that they can register you for the topics you are interested in. Once registered, you will receive an email before each session with a LINK to join the Virtual meeting.
