Data Entry Administrative Associate

Requirements – you must have:

  • Post-secondary diploma in the related fields;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing of at least 50wpm with minimal errors;
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution and people management skills;
  • Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality;
  • First Aid and CPR and CPI certified; *
  • Previous customer service experience required;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, family members, and the general public;
  • High degree of attention to detail and resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability;
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing;
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts;
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills;
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal screening is required;
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and
  • Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation for a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code as per Provincial Health Care regulations

*will consider being certified within 3 months of probation period.

Team Leader

  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant field of study and a minimum of three years experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities /vulnerable population
  • Previous experience in case coordination and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated a high degree of problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability for establishing relationships and partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients/staff/organization needs which may result in overtime.
  • Reliable transportation for use in traveling to Leads service areas.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
  • First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check and First Aid / CPR and CPI certification; or be willing to obtain certification.

Reporting to the Manager, the Team Leader is responsible and accountable for fulfilling the duties of supporting the managers in strategizing and operationalizing strategies to achieve targets as per contractual funding agreements. This will encompass overseeing caseloads, assigning duties, completing program stats and reports, monitoring results as well as providing knowledge, skills, coaching, and support to team members both on specifically assigned teams and across the Leads organization in order for the Leads teams to achieve the desired client and employer outcomes in an effective and efficient manner. The Team Leader is to use the Leads’ values to guide their work and relationships with team members and clients. This job requires the Team Leader to be highly professional, adaptive, flexible, and committed to the success of the Leads services and team members.
