Requirements – you must have:

  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or a relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients’ needs may result in overtime.
  • Reliable transportation to provide services in London and surrounding county areas. A vehicle is required.
  • Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in designated area. Redeployment to the outside of designated area as needed.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.
  • Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check and First Aid and CPR certification; or be willing to obtain certification.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code.

LEADS offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities.
Salary ranges from $47,000 to $55,000 annually for Employment Specialists, $45,500 for Employment Support Workers, immediate Employee Assistance Program, and supplementary Health and Dental benefits with six months of service completion. Travel reimbursement $0.64/KM
