Requirements – you must have: 

  • Post-secondary diploma in the related fields;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing of at least 50wpm with minimal errors;
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution and people management skills;
  • Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality;
  • First Aid and CPR certified; * 
  • Previous customer service experience required;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, family members, and the general public;
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability;
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing;
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts;
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills;
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal screening is required;
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and
  • Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation for a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code as per Provincial Health Care regulations

*will consider being certified within 3 months of probation period.

Requirements – you must have:

  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or a relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients’ needs may result in overtime.
  • Reliable transportation to provide services in London and surrounding county areas. A vehicle is required.
  • Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in London and Area. Redeployment to the outside of London and Area as needed.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.
  • Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
  • A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check and First Aid and CPR certification; or be willing to obtain certification.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
